Bottega University: Instructor Onboarding, Teaching Quality & Development
Required onboarding, observed teaching, formal clearance and ongoing instructor development at Bottega University, led by Jordan Hudgens.
Nine case studies from the same record as my LinkedIn Projects: instructor development and technical education, production AI at Encapsa, and the platform and enterprise roles that came before. Each one states my role, the work, the reported outcome and what the record does not claim.
These projects show how Jordan builds technical education: the instructor-development system at Bottega University, books and courses used by 250,000+ learners, the DevCamp learning platform acquired by Bottega University, and customer AI training during every Encapsa deployment. Together they connect instruction, curriculum and the software that supports learning.

Jordan Hudgens’ books, courses, workshops and live teaching: three Packt books and curricula used by 250K+ learners across platforms.
DevCamp: education software, web and mobile applications, a PaaS LMS and the 2018 $5M stock acquisition by Bottega University.
Customer instruction during every Encapsa deployment, ongoing training and internal developer enablement alongside Jordan Hudgens’ production AI work.
These projects show Jordan’s production AI and enterprise engineering leadership: the Encapsa platform across 300+ live deployments, a governed context foundation covering 100% of platform data, selected customer workflows in underwriting, energy, education and hospitality, and an earlier Director of IT role across 30+ US locations.
Jordan Hudgens leads Encapsa’s production AI platform: 300+ deployments, agents, retrieval, self-hosted inference and customer training.
An Encapsa team delivery cut underwriting submission-to-decision time from three days to 15 minutes and recaptured 300+ staff hours monthly.
Encapsa’s encoding/decoding foundation covers 100% of platform data for AI lookup; governed context extends it. Coverage is not accuracy.
Three Encapsa team deliveries: energy-services reporting, education board preparation and hospitality training, with distinct reported outcomes.
Jordan Hudgens’ Dixie Electric remit: 50 IT, software and automation staff across 30+ US locations, April 2014–April 2016.
Every case study follows the same structure, so a hiring team can understand a project in about two minutes and then go deeper. Each figure comes from Jordan’s approved record, keeps its original scope and links to the page where the evidence appears.
Each case study names Jordan’s role and keeps attribution with the work. Instructor development, technical education and enterprise IT describe responsibilities Jordan held. Customer outcomes at Encapsa are selected deliveries by the eight-person team he leads, presented without customer names and without claiming sole authorship.
Encapsa customer identities remain private in public materials. Each anonymous case study keeps its sector, workflow and reported outcome, such as three days to 15 minutes for commercial underwriting, so a reviewer can evaluate the work without exposing customer systems, contracts or confidential implementation details.
The nine case studies expand the Projects section of Jordan’s LinkedIn profile, using the same names, dates, metrics and scope notes. LinkedIn holds a short summary of each entry; these pages add the role, the workflow, a record table, skills evidence and the boundaries behind every figure.
Every case study links to the section of this site that records its evidence, including the teaching, engineering and experience pages, and to public books, courses and recordings where they exist. Audience metrics are a October 2026 snapshot, and overlapping audiences are never added into one total.
Curricula used by 250,000+ learners across platforms and schools.
300+ live enterprise deployments across seven verticals.
